• Are physically present in the world of Takashima RP
• Can be contacted and interacted with by other characters
• Are actively contributing to ongoing storylines and events

Characters with this status are considered part of the active IC (In-Character) community and are expected to be available for interactions, storylines, and roleplay scenarios.
